we are not yet running any of our groups via emails at the moment because of our restricted free-time, we are very active in the forum though :), you can always click the subscribe to this thread for updates, this will email you if the thread is ever updated or altered, keeping you upto date an anything you choose
feel free to venture around the forum, you can make posts and leave comments as you see fit, you can make mistakes ... we can tidy up for you :)
we have set the forum up into groups
graphics
music
movies
religions
requests
and many others
in each group we have split them further for example
music Only registered users can see links on this forum!

is separated into genre so if you like pop you can visit pop Only registered users can see links on this forum!

hip hop you can avoid that section
there are no adult only sections so there will be no porn or adult content
there is a section for kids & education
in all my posts you will see  this is a link to show members how to make a post using the forum
