Ingredients:
5-6 small mushrooms
(or more if you prefer)
1 slice of ham (1/4" approx.)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/3 cup of flour
shredded cheese
Equipment:
1 Cereal bowl
1 Wisk
1 Sauce pan
Directions:
Prepare the mushrooms and ham first. After removing the skin from the mushrooms, slice them, and put them into a cereal bowl with one cup of water and cook them in the microwave for 2 minutes. Slice the ham into small pieces.
Melt the butter over low heat. Mix in the flour, stir for one minute, avoid burning. Remove from heat, add milk. Reapply low heat for approximately 10 minutes. Stir regularly to avoid burning.
This is ready when the milk is about to boil, but not boiling. At this point it will start to thicken, mix in the mushrooms, ham, cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg and continue stirring for about one minute. At this point the mixture should be much thicker.
To serve just place a small portion of the sauce in the middle of the crêpe and roll it up.
