Toll House Pie
An easy alternative to those favorite cookies. This recipe can
be doubled successfully.
Preheat oven to 325°. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Add flour, sugar and brown sugar. Beat until well blended.
Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Put into pie shell.
Bake at 325° for approximately one hour. Serve warm
with whipped cream or ice cream.
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. firmly
packed brown sugar
• 1 c. butter, melted
and cooled
• 6-oz. pkg. chocolate
chips
• 1 c. chopped
walnuts
• 1 unbaked 9-inch
pie shell
• whipped cream or
ice cream
