Am I the only one up at 4AM???
The program is basicly 3 parts. It is 6 weeks long (1.5 months). You do the workout everyday of the week. You can do it only 6 times a week with a 1 day break.
The first one is called "Start it up" and you do it in weeks 1-2 of the program. It is about 25 mins long.
The second part is called "Ramp it up" and you do it in weeks 3-4 of the program. It is about 45 mins long.
The third part is called "Burn it up" and you do it in weeks 5-6 of the program. It is about 1 hour long.
The program also has 2 "extras".
The first on is the abs workout. The second one is the flexibilty workout.
The workout also comes with a calendar so you can track your progress..
Remember, you NEED to eat right in order to get good results. |
