Materials required
pine cone
wire
peanut butter
bird seed
Method/Directions
1 fasten the wire to the end of your pine cone
2 press peanut butter [alternative is lard our other animal fat]
3a press bird seed [alternative toasted bread crumbs, pumpkin or sunflower seeds]
3btry using larger chunks of toast and some broken biscuits for squirrels, that way they dont steal the birds cone, use a larger cone dipped in honey and chilled and rolled in seeds if you have lots of local birdlife
4 hang your cone outside
5 watch the birds [try different foods to find what your local birds enjoy]
6 refill
